We collect what we need to make and deliver your mirror, and we don’t sell your personal data.

This site is run by registered business name, registered address, which decides how your personal data is used under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Questions go to our grievance officer, whose details are at the end of this page.

What we collect, and why

When you place an order

Your name, mobile number and delivery address, what you ordered, your order number and any discount code. We use these to make and deliver your order, keep you informed about it on WhatsApp, issue a GST invoice, and stop a code being used twice. We also keep a record of the payment’s status and reference.

When you sign in with Google

Your name, email address and profile photo, and whether Google has verified the email address. We use these to run your account. You don’t need an account to buy.

When you sign in with your mobile number

Your mobile number. We text it a one-time code, keep only a scrambled copy of the code until it is used or ten minutes pass, and then delete it. To stop codes being sent in bulk, we count how many go to each number and from each internet address for up to an hour. Once you are signed in, your account also shows the orders placed with that number.

Your cart, wishlist and saved addresses

The designs, sizes and frames you choose are kept in your browser until you sign in, and in your account after that, so they are there when you come back. We save an address only when you ask us to.

The WhatsApp list

If you tick the box to join, we keep your mobile number, where you joined and when you agreed. We use it only to send you new designs and offers. You can leave at any time.

Reviews

If you write a review while signed in, we keep your rating, your words, any photos or videos, and whether your account bought that design. Once we have read it, it appears publicly with your first name and last initial. Your email address is never shown.

When you message us

If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and whatever you send, including photos of your wall, and we use them to help you.

Technical records

The companies that host this site and its database keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

What stays on your device

A photo of your wall in the wall preview stays on your device and is never uploaded. We use your browser’s storage for your cart, wishlist, sign-in, preferred units and whether you have seen our welcome offer. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the companies we need to run the shop, and only what each one needs:

• Delivery partners: your name, mobile number and address.
• Razorpay: processes your payment. Your card and UPI details go to them directly, and we never see them.
• Google: handles sign-in, if you choose to use it.
• APITxT: texts the sign-in code to your mobile number, if you sign in that way.
• WhatsApp (Meta): carries our messages with you.
• Convex and our website host: store the site’s data and files, and serve the site.
• Accountants and government authorities: where tax law or another law requires it.

Some of these companies, including Convex, Google and Meta, process data on servers outside India.

How long we keep it

• Orders and invoices: for as long as GST law requires, which is at least six years.
• Your account, cart, wishlist and saved addresses: until you ask us to delete them.
• The WhatsApp list: until you leave it.
• Reviews: until you ask us to remove them, or we do.
• Technical logs: for as long as our providers keep them and the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us:

• what personal data we hold about you, and who we have shared it with;
• to correct or update it;
• to delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it;
• to stop using it where you gave consent, such as for the WhatsApp list;
• to act for someone you nominate, if you die or can’t act for yourself.

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70153 10780 and we will take it from there. If you aren’t happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Keeping it safe

Data travels over encrypted connections, access to the back office is limited to named accounts, and an order page opens only with its private link. No system is perfect. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

This shop is for people aged 18 and over, and we don’t knowingly collect children’s data. If you think a child has given us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you.
