About the Jyoti
Jyoti means a flame, or the light of a lamp. A strip of warm light runs behind a frosted band all the way round the glass, and a touch on the mirror turns it on. It lights your face evenly at the basin, and after dark it can light the whole room.
Sizes and where they fit
| 24 in across | Suits most basins and 4 ft consoles. | ₹3,400 |
|---|---|---|
| 30 in across | Sits well above a 5 ft sofa or sideboard. | ₹4,400 |
| 36 in across | The one piece on a big, empty wall. | ₹5,700 |
What it is made of
5 mm Saint-Gobain or AIS mirror glass with a polished edge. An aluminium frame, which won’t rust in a bathroom, finished in smoked black. A warm light strip runs behind a frosted band, switched with a touch on the glass. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
Delivery, returns and warranty
How long does delivery take? Usually 7 to 10 days across India, a little longer for remote PIN codes. Delivery is free on every order.
What if it arrives broken? Open the box with the delivery person there and send us a photo. We send you a new one free.
Is there a warranty? Yes, 3 years on every mirror. If the glass starts coming out of its frame, or the silver fails in normal use, we repair or replace it free. It doesn’t cover breakage or everyday scuffs.
Can I return it? Each mirror is cut to order, so we don’t take returns for a change of mind. You can cancel free until we start cutting, and if it arrives damaged we exchange it free.
Can you engrave it? Yes, free. Add a name, a date or a line of up to 30 letters, numbers and simple punctuation on the mirror’s page or at checkout. We cut it into the frame in our workshop, or into the back of the glass on a frameless mirror.
